when the app updated I lost the ability to auto fill my password to the proper field, but I guess that's the fault of my phone. I still have to use the website instead because I can't fix it. it was a great app while I could use it, but although I have auto fill set up to manage my passwords, I can't fix this in "Settings" as my phone says "auto fill cannot be used with this application" if no one else is having problems with this, then it is my phone's fault.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the password field. To protect the security of your account's information, Volgistics/VicNet doesn't save passwords, but some web browsers and Operating Systems allow users to save passwords in them. These settings will be configured in your web browser or OS though, separately from VicNet.

I have the Volgistics app and use for one organization. How do I add a second organization to open in the Volgistics app?

Hi Irene! VicNet can account for this. If log out and back in, it'll recognize which organizations match the email/password you entered. If the email/passwords are the exact same for both organizations, VicNet will ask which one you'd like to view and there'll be a "Switch Organizations" item in your user menu to let you switch between them.

Update: thanks for response but imo if it's an app for users the user should control. I'll stick to the web version. It's simply not better than using a browser IThe app 'froze' to the day view of date I installed it- so every time I open I have to navigate first to the current date. Couldn't find any settings to modify this behavior. It should really default to the current month view like the behavior of web version. A year from now it will still open to Dec 9 2024? How does that make sense 🤦

Hi Ellen, thank you for your review! There's a default date setting in the administrative side and we're guessing your organization may have a default date selected here. If so, they can update this setting for you and default to the current month instead. If not, the next best option is to clear the app cache. Let us know if we can assist further.
