zzHanzi is a learning app that makes learning Chinese fun through games.

Ratings and reviews

This app has potential but (1) font is too small, hurts my eyes, no settings to adjust it, and (2) instead of long-pressing a word to see pinyin, there is a single button to toggle pinyin for the whole page, and it is very hard to reach (at the top of the screen). I can't just leave pinyin enabled all the time because then I would never look at the characters.

Please provide a feature to completely reset a course.A hardcore learning experience. I appreciate being immersed from the start into chinese characters, but,damn, it is hard. Why should we learn how to write such a complex character as "chá" (9 strokes) before learning simpler and more 'daily' words?The rewards system is hard to understand, especially the "finish all tasks before a certain time".A lot of features are hidden in the menus: I like when we have to retrieve pinyin words from speech.

I haven't used it yet, because if I want to use it I have to pay everything like you can't use anything without paying. even pressing one character at first it will be nice but after a while you'll have to pay
