Reservations

You can request a delivery or reserve a vehicle by filling in the "From" and "To" address fields or navigating the city map. Another option is to use the phone's location function. You can specify as many addresses as you need at once or edit the route during the trip.

Pre-booking allows you to plan your rides or deliveries for a future time.

In the “Book a vehicle” field, you can specify the necessary times and addresses: information about the luggage or package to be delivered, or an additional phone number if you are requesting a service for someone else. You can see if there are vehicles available nearby and when a driver is moving towards your address: this is displayed on the map. You can share the route track during the ride.

Rating a ride affects driver scores and helps improve our services.
