Expenditure Reporting System (SRDG)
Application that automates the registration process of Payment Orders of the Volvo Peru company, such as Cash Vouchers and Payment Requisitions, in an integrated manner with SUNAT and SAP.
The objective of the solution is to manage the automatic recording of the expenses made by each employee of the organization for subsequent accounting registration.
The application collects information directly from the different pre-printed payment receipts (invoices, tickets, receipts, etc.) through OCR technology with AI. Check with SUNAT the validity of the receipt and the supplier automatically. Likewise, all transactions involved are recorded accounting through interfaces for sending to the ERP.
