Ratings and reviews

The most useless app I've ever come across, there is literally always something wrong with it, currently can't upload pictures at all which is a necessity for my job, so work orders cannot be completed. Let alone that the app also stores all my uploads (when it actually does that) on the app on my phone too taking up ridiculously large amounts of space till you realize and then delete that data.

The latest update is absolutely horrible. It lags embarrassingly slow, constantly kicks me out, and the interface is extremely glitchy. I have two devices I used it on, S9+ and an S7, slow on my S9+ and barely even works on my S7.

This app is horrible on android (system updated galaxy s7). Slower than any other app I've seen , doesn't always respond to orders and got huge delays (just too slow). Seems to be working with iPhones but that doesn't help me.
