I love the vonlane service as a whole, but this app is incredibly buggy. Most times that I tap on something to book a trip, there's no response. I have only used the service for one round trip but I had to call the service line to have it booked. It looks like I have to do that again for an upcoming trip because I can't even get the time slots I want to open.
