Constantly pushing it's credit card and you have to go way down the menu to actually get to the store. When I click on order tracking it asks for the tracking number. OK. So I go to the email I received to copy the tracking number and, no, if I try to copy it, it just becomes a link for the Von Maur site version of the entire letter. No list of what I ordered, no pic, nothing. Awful.

Used to be such am Amazing place to shop. Due to the $3.00 "Processing Fee", I certainly don't shop as much. Maybe they could charge everyone $3.00 for shipping instead of $3.00 for EACH sale item. The "Free" wrapping paper is limited to only 3 choices, another sad change. The "Reward Program is a joke, especially for the amount of money I have spent there. One last thing would be the inability to return sale items(which one paid $3.00 the process the sale) for at LEAST store credit. CLD
