ClockIt is the official time and attendance application of Vopi-4, S.A.

It is exclusively for employees, collaborators, and authorized Vopi4 users. Access requires corporate credentials.

WHAT IT CAN DO

• Clock in and out of the workday.

• View the employee's clock-in and clock-out history.

• Request vacation, excused absences, and teleworking.

• Track the status of requests and vacation balance.

• Attach absence documentation.

• Receive system alerts and notifications.

• For validators: approve or reject team requests.

GEOLOCATION

When clocking in, the application requests location permission to verify that the time entry is being made from a location consistent with the declared workplace or teleworking location.
The coordinates are associated only with the corresponding clock-in, and the application does not continuously track the user. Permission is optional: if the user declines it, the clock-in will still be processed.
