Just paid for a two year offline pack subscription, but it says I still have to pay . I have paid, the money has been taken from my bank. The app says I need a redemption code, I have asked for this but they only send a verification code which does no good at all. I have applied through Google pay for a refund . Beware of this app.. Google play say they cannot refund my money, the app developers do not reply to messages. Basically this app is a con. I advise you to buy something else.

earphones won't connect to the app

So, I purchased their headphones on Amazon for about $60. They were uncomfortable and poorly made, and I returned them. But, I did purchase the language pack and offline languages pack. The app description says, "Turn any headphones into translation headphones." Not a chance! I can't connect my other earbuds because they say unauthorized. I can't even access the payment and bill section without authorized headphones. What a joke. It's not worth the hassle. Google Translate works well, too.
