I paid for the simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese and back. it does not work. I have to press the button for it to translate 🙄 so why pay?

Headphones do not connect to the app. An Error message has popped up and now the Ai ability of these headphones has been completely lost. Looks like I paid for a cheap set of Chinese made headphones that do not do any of the promised things.

I was able to download the app and pair it to my phone without any trouble. However, to use the translation function, I keep getting the error message Failed To Get Data and will not connect. I can only listen to music and videos from my phone.
