I paid for the simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese and back. it does not work. I have to press the button for it to translate 🙄 so why pay?

very accurate translation, the earbuds are required for it to work in any mode

So, I purchased their headphones on Amazon for about $60. They were uncomfortable and poorly made, and I returned them. But, I did purchase the language pack and offline languages pack. The app description says, "Turn any headphones into translation headphones." Not a chance! I can't connect my other earbuds because they say unauthorized. I can't even access the payment and bill section without authorized headphones. What a joke. It's not worth the hassle. Google Translate works well, too.
