With the Vorwerk Patron app, you always have your individual alarm system in view – whether at home, in the office or on the go.
Receive instant notifications of events, review incoming alarms with photos, control your system remotely, and conveniently manage users and automations via the app. The app combines security, convenience, and smart home features in one central application – simple, reliable, and always available.

Vorwerk Patron's security solutions include:
The sensors detect movement and the opening of doors and windows. As soon as someone enters a protected area, a sensor with an integrated camera takes a photo. You and our emergency call and service center are notified immediately.

HELP AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON
In an emergency, press the panic button in your app, use your medical emergency alarm, the silent alarm button, or enter the emergency code on the keypad. Vorwerk Patron will immediately inform all system users and the emergency call and service center (NSL) of the danger and initiate all necessary rescue measures.

PROTECTION FROM FIRE
Smoke detectors react to smoke, temperature thresholds, rapid temperature increases, or dangerous concentrations of odorless carbon monoxide indoors. In an emergency, the detectors' loud sirens ensure that everyone in the building is alerted. The emergency control center receives the alarm and immediately initiates the necessary assistance.

PROTECTION AGAINST WATER DAMAGE
With Vorwerk Patron's security system, you can avoid costly water damage. The detectors inform you and the emergency call center directly when they detect water.

Clear access to your security cameras and recorders directly in the app.

SCENARIOS & AUTOMATION
Automate the use of your alarm system – individually and adapted to your personal schedule.
Automation scenarios enable your security system not only to detect threats but also to actively respond to them. Set schedules for night mode or automatically switch off the lights when the building is armed.

You can rely on Vorwerk Patron at all times. The hub operates with a real-time operating system that is protected against viruses and resilient against cyberattacks. The bidirectional wireless communication is interference-free and detects sabotage attempts immediately. Thanks to backup power and multiple communication channels, the system remains operational even during power outages or internet failures. User accounts are protected by session management and two-factor authentication.
