ONCE THE QUOTE IS READY, EVERYTHING ELSE HAPPENS IN TWO CLICKS
You send the quote: a preview, one click. Your client signs online: they immediately receive their confirmation and their deposit invoice by email if a deposit is required; you receive a notification and an email. No response to the quote? Send a reminder in one click. Project completed? The final invoice is ready; you approve it and send it. Invoice paid? Request a Google review in one click. End of the month? Export the accounting data (Excel, PDF) to your accountant in one click. Each email sent includes a pre-written template: quote, reminder, deposit invoice, progress invoice, final invoice, receipt, and paid invoice.
