annoying experience, trying to book a movie from last 30 mins, app is not showing credit cards offers, after sometimes it showed offers then comes the payment errors by taking it to some other screen/website mentioning server errors. Experienced such nonsense earlier also. It is so annoying and frustrating. Made 5 to 6 attempts to book ticket. To Developers either fix it or close the app al together.

Super slow and hangs so much and so many unnecessary questions you must agree. Like agree for seat selection each time you open like you have an option to disagree. Disappointed. Full of bugs application.

Frustrating and finicky. So many glaring technical issues in one app. You try to go back a step after the seat selection, the seat you previously selected are gone, even if you didn't confirm it. Do this a few times the whole cinema is full. It doesn't recognize any of the bank cards, can't change the card at the checkout. And so on..... It's a miracle how it survived so long and managed to achieve such an underwhelming performance in this day and age. Especially in a country as advanced as UAE!
