VoxoStay TV Assistant transforms an ordinary Android TV into your property's always-on digital concierge — replacing the standard home screen with a branded welcome experience for every guest.
HOW IT WORKS
On power-on, the TV boots directly into VoxoStay instead of the Android launcher. Guests enter the 6-digit code for their room, and the screen becomes a personalized welcome board showing their name, a greeting, the property's Wi-Fi QR code, and a QR code to pair their phone with the AI concierge for a live voice conversation.
AI CONCIERGE
Once a guest pairs their phone, a lifelike 3D avatar appears on the TV and
speaks with real-time, while answering questions about the property, be it property info, staff contacts, house rules, Wi-Fi details, and nearby restaurants, attractions, and services with ratings and distance.
BUILT FOR UNATTENDED, ALWAYS-ON ROOMS
- Launches automatically after every reboot or power cycle — no manual setup needed per guest.
- Sessions time out automatically after inactivity or a maximum duration, then reset to a fresh welcome screen so the room is instantly ready for the next guest.
- Reconnects automatically if the network drops, with no guest-visible interruption.
- Works as the TV's default home screen (Android TV "leanback" launcher), so guests can't wander off into unrelated apps - though a curated Apps tab is available if the property wants to offer casting or streaming apps too.
MULTI-LANGUAGE
Supports 20+ languages out of the box, with the concierge and
on-screen text adapting to the guest's or device's preferred language.
FOR HOTELS AND SHORT-TERM RENTALS
VoxoStay TV Assistant is deployed by properties (hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals) as part of the VoxoStay guest-experience platform. Each property is set up centrally through the VoxoStay admin portal — room codes, welcome messages, staff directory, house rules, and local recommendations all sync to the TV automatically, with no per-device configuration required.
This app requires an active VoxoStay property account to function; it is not a standalone media player or general-purpose TV launcher.
