Make anyone say anything. Vozeru is an AI voice changer and text to speech app that runs entirely on your phone: type a line or record one, pick a voice, and hear it back in that voice. 26,824 RVC voices published by the community, indexed and searchable inside the app: rappers, singers, presidents, streamers, anime leads and villains, cartoon icons, game characters, meme voices. Filter by version and training quality, install with one tap. Import your own trained voice from a .pth or .zip file too.
Voices belong to the people who made them. What you make with a voice is your responsibility: covers, skits and jokes, yes; passing a clip off as something a real person actually said, no. Any voice can be removed from the catalogue on request at vozeru.com/takedown.
OFFLINE AND PRIVATE
Everything runs on the device. After a voice is downloaded no connection is needed, and nothing you type or record is ever uploaded. No ads, no analytics, no account.

Free: 10 spoken lines and 5 conversions a day, 3 catalogue voices installed at a time, the same quality as Premium.
