Experience is good overall. What makes it better is their support staff. One of the staff whose name is Pratiksha have been really helpful and solves all the queries. She's been very supportive and also made me aware about every other courses that Navkar offers. She's always ready to help.

They don't provide the user what they offer. The customer care executive made me a special deal of a course plan of CA Inter with 365 days validity, Study materials and google drive accessibility, but few days after payment they cut down the validity, didn't courier the study materials and never provided the google drive link. As of 09/05/2023 they didn't provide me with the benefits they offered. They'll just talk you into some offers and make you pay the amount and then they will refuse it.

Have a very bad experience with Navkar institute They also provided lectures earlier And when we asked for new lectures, we got no similar answer even if the guardian asked, there was no similar Took 10000 rupees from the Xerox of the book When we said give us the money back. If we don't want to study in the institute, they did not return the money
