Not a bad app. I use to check distances and help with club selection. Definitely helps since I'm newer to golf. However, I don't like that I can't add friends to my ScoreCard without an email, AND a big downfall is its not compatible with smartwatches which would be very convenient so I don't always have to pull my phone out of my pocket. Due to the latter, I will be canceling my paid subscription and switching to golf pad but if it becomes smartwatch compatible I would consider coming back.

Hi Steven, thanks for the review! We've launched our watch app, it'll be in the store in a few days! We ask for an email as this is the unique identifier, so prevents duplicate profiles for the same person, and profiles that are used for one round and are then useless but need remain to keep your games complete. support@vpar.com for details/help.

I used this the other day after using the a competitor and it was far easier to use even whilst switching between GPS and scoring. It took ages to figure out how to score on the on the competitor and it became too clunky to use on the go. It's post round Analytics were extremely insightful and I've finally find an app the helps me see where I need to improve my game.

The app will no longer stay open after the newest update. I turn on the keep open during GPS mode as always
