HiPal is an online social app that takes a unique and innovative approach to the classic walkie-talkie.

Within seconds, your device can turn into a walkie-talkie that allows you to chat with friends anywhere, anytime. You can even hear your walkie-talkie outside of HiPal; while watching a video, in another app, and even when your screen is locked.
Additionally, HiPal can also customize your notifications from apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and many more! Once enabled, your new messages will appear as little bubbles on your screen. With each individual bubble, you may easily reply, dismiss, or favorite a particular contact.

Ratings and reviews

This could change the game. Just pull all the stops and make it better. Fix the bugs, clean up the interface, and secure the app ( looks a bit sketchy on the play store). This is a great concept, but it feels like they aren't confident it the app. I see Whats app eventually adopting this, so you guys bring your A Game and make this the best one out there.

It's a really good app! But the only flaw it has is that it's not offline AND online. I was planning to go to the park today with my friends and have a water balloon fight whilst using your app, but we had to come to the realization that your app is only online. So please allow offline walkie talkie calls for friends only!!

I downloaded the app thinking it would be a fun experience to enjoy with my friends. I was wrong! The problem is that the app won't even let me sign up. When I tried to log in it would just say try again later. When I tried to send feed back it made me log into my Microsoft account and even that wouldn't work. I am appalled and rightfully so.
