Unresponsive app, Poor Customer Service. Please make an app that is actually functioning. I want to reserve for BPKB since a month ago and it cannot be processed. Calling Customer Service is also useless.

Can't cater intercity reservation. Even HaloBCA cannot help. I need to visit the branch in my city to ask on the process. Shouldn't it be in the app or CS? Many things are still very manual. In my case, this app become totally useless.

Need Improvement, saya menggunakan fitur Pelunasan Dipercepat, setelah klik Lanjutkan Pembayaran, next step nya apa tidak jelas. Need more information about what to do next. Ternyata ada email pemberitahuan yang tidak tahu kapan dikirimnya. You need to connect with SMS or Whatsapp to inform that the bill has been sent, and please proceed the payment. Thanks

Mohon maaf untuk sementara waktu, fitur Upgrade dan Renewal Asuransi tidak dapat digunakan. Untuk pengajuan yang sedang berjalan, tetap akan ditindaklanjuti oleh tim BCAF.
Selain itu, perbaikan fitur Apply Online telah diimplementasikan yang tentunya semakin mempermudah proses pengajuan kredit via FinA.
Selamat menggunakan FinA BCA Finance, dan dapatkan kemudahannya.
