Ratings and reviews

The app is quite useful, but the lack of stability is concerning. While the architecture could be a factor, it's likely not the only cause. It would be good to also review the codebase, testing practices, infrastructure, and third-party services. Hoping to see improvements soon

I need to re-log multiple times, the apps is so heavy and not running. I don't think this app is useful, better not to install. YOU GUYS NEED TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY, REALLY!!!

Very bad, app keep crashing after a couple of minutes accessing the services. Surprising for a company like BCA who has a high standard.
