Worst logistics I have ever faced. No response on calls. No response at branch. If one employee commits the other declines when asked for the consignment. Shittiest logistics ever.

Third class service.. I have booked my parcel from delhi on 26 feb and it's been 9 days today(5march) they didn't delivered it till today and when I contacted them they are saying more 2 days..

Booked in dt:26.2.24 from Delhi, my materials are still in transit. And tracked by app that will take an another a week to reach my place...such a worrest service.
