About this app

VROTRACK is the companion app for the VROTRACK GPS tracker — a battery-powered tracker you put in your car, truck, van, trailer, boat or equipment. The app shows you where it is, where it has been, and tells you the moment it moves.

You need a VROTRACK tracker and an active plan to use this app. VROTRACK does not track phones and does not use your phone's location.

LIVE MAP
See your vehicle's current position, with the street address, speed and heading. Battery level and cellular signal sit alongside it, so you always know the tracker itself is healthy.

TRIP HISTORY
Review where the vehicle has been — trips with start and end times, distance and duration, and the stops in between, drawn on the map.

THEFT ALERTS
Arm the vehicle when you park it. If it starts moving, VROTRACK tells you. Alerts you can turn on:
• Movement — a parked vehicle starts moving, the core theft alert
• Tamper, SOS and power — device tamper, SOS, low battery or power cut
• Enters a geofence
• Leaves a geofence
• Overspeed
• Tracker goes offline, or comes back online
Alerts arrive by email and in the app.

GEOFENCES
Draw a circle around your home, yard, job site or storage lot, and get told when the vehicle arrives or leaves.

YOUR VEHICLES
Name each vehicle, choose its type — car, truck, trailer, van, boat, motorcycle — and switch between the trackers on your account.

ACCOUNT AND PLAN
See your plan, update your details, add another tracker, or delete your account from inside the app.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A VROTRACK tracker, a one-time $29.99
• An active plan, from $9.95 per month on the 2-year term up to $18.95 month to month. No contracts, cancel anytime.
The plan covers the cellular data the tracker uses to report its position, and the service that stores and displays it. Plans are purchased on vrotrack.com, not inside the app.

HOW IT WORKS
The tracker has its own cellular SIM built in — no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth, and no phone needed nearby. It reports over the mobile network on its own, and this app shows you what it reports. A 10,000 mAh battery runs for months between charges, depending on how often it reports.
