KitReturn helps equipment managers organize assets, assemble reusable kits, and record checkouts and returns. Built for college clubs, laboratories, workshops, media teams, and community groups that manage shared gear and tools.

Organize your equipment
Create equipment records with identifying details and photos. Group items into reusable kits so you can prepare the same set of gear for future checkouts.

Record checkouts
Record the assignee, optional contact details, and expected return date. Track outstanding gear and review overdue checkouts directly from your dashboard.

Handle partial returns
Record individual items as they come back, even when the rest of a kit is still checked out. Record return conditions and keep damaged equipment out of the available pool.

Keep a useful history
Review checkout and return records. Keep earlier custody details intact as your equipment kits change over time.

Share handover details
Share checkout and return summaries through the apps you choose using Android’s native share menu.

Back up and restore
Export a backup containing your equipment records, kits, checkouts, and photos. Restore a backup when you need to recover your records or move them to another device.

Work offline
Manage equipment without creating an account. App records are stored locally on your device. Sharing and exported backups use destinations you choose; Android system backup may also apply according to your device settings.
