I'm super angry with this app. I used to be able to use my favourite filters (HB2 + A5) for free in an older version of this app. But when I installed this new version on another phone, everything looked different and there are basically no cute filters anymore -- everything is behind a pay wall and not just 'pay once, use it all'! no; you'd have to do a monthly subscription that comes out to over 20 euros a year! definitely too much. So as it stands this app is unusable. 1 Star.

Whoever is responsible for the poor decision of making some of the most popular filters and settings of this app pay-to-use out of nowhere needs to go back to school. You don't need a degree in marketing or customer relationship to see that this is pushing away the loyal users that you could've way more easily converted to membership members if you would learn how to market your pre-existing premium features and add some that people actually want. I rarely review apps but this takes the cake.

VSCO used to be a great app until ca. 4 years ago when they started messing around with the UI and trying to force you to use their community feature. I only care about the filters and the ability to save to my gallery & cloud though. After their most recent update where they changed the save to gallery feature I was fed up. Now I went to APKmirror and manually installed a version from early 2016, now I'm a happy user again
