Ratings and reviews

So frustrating I uploaded a bunch of photos and when I tried to delete some I no longer wanted up they don't delete. No matter what I do it stays there and has for days. Also, some things appear twice, in two different locations when I know for a fact I only uploaded it once. I've emailed VSCO customer service and no one has contacted me at all.

I've been using this app since it launched for about 7-8 years, was my go to editing app and easily rate this 5 star. However over the years they have been slowly pushing their premium membership and limiting the user experience more and more, from one time purchase of exclusive filters to monthly membership for a set of filters and now we gotta pay for their editing tools? Edited: great, now even after paying for membership they have stripped the most used presets into premium subscription...

Terrible. I can't EVEN add text to an image because practically EVERY SINGLE FUNCTION is behind a pay wall. I only edit pics once in a very great while, I just need BASIC functionality and you won't even provide that. I'd never BUY an app that won't even let me try it out without giving up personal information - why do you think you need all that, anyway? Glad everything I put in was FAKE - Y'ALL DON'T NEED MY IDENTITY FOR ME TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE.
