VSmaHome is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with Cloud IP Camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.
Main function:

Ratings and reviews

Purchased and installed in April 2025 and am not happy. The included manual is useless, no information on settings, time scheduling, what the icons represent, etc.. The workings of the motion detection and alarms are inconsistent, working sometimes. The so-called trouble shooting, on Amazon, refers you to instructions in the manual which is nonexistent. Thank goodness I still have time to return it.

Now the app crashes within 3 seconds of opening it. With the new update, our camera is constantly going offline. Before that, we would often have to close and reopen the app to get the screen to load. Constant connection issues! It never saves our settings. Crashes all the time. Poor user experience. The app is utterly unreliable. Won't stay logged in, etc.

This App is very outdated. Only works sometimes and rarely gives me motion notifications. When you try to put alarms and record on a schedule it stops working completely most of the time. Bought this to keep an eye on my Dogs when I'm not home but it's always freezing when I really need it. Needs a severe update, ASAP. Heck I would even pay for an upgraded app. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to load a 20 second clip of a previous recording. And I have super fast Wifi with Charter. My phone is a S9+.
