Edit: for some reason, I lost the ability to control how strong the water pump for filtration runs. I can use it to monitor the fish tank's temp and feeding schedule, but the automatic scheduled light settings don't work. Easy to connect to the device by Bluetooth. Would be nice if you could set the light button to always function on your custom setting, because if you change it by accident from the physical buttons, then you can only return it back to your custom setting by going into the app.

This app is impossible to use. I have an active account and forgot my password. The verification system works, but it rejects everything I try to use as a password without a CLEAR indicator of what I'm doing wrong in making a new password. Everything I make is rejected, and I get an error saying not enough digits (which by the way digits refers to numbers, not letters) or a separate window error saying "Password Error". Please fix this!

Bought a automatic fish feeder to feed my fish when planning a trip. I am now away from home and this app freezes on me. It means my fish is going to starve for a few weeks. A lesson learned: research its software before buying a smart gadget. ---- update 4/12/2024 ---- Was able to use the app when switching to a different prepaid sim. Can't use it now with a different sim card. It seems the app works with some network whole not with others.
