I have a child aged 13. When I book a flight ticket, travel up is charged adult price and issued child ticket. I requested ticket invoices or receipts by each passenger for my family (3 adults and one young child), they only provided a receipt in total. As you know, who is from 12 to 16, can be discounted for 15 pounds for Europe flight and 75 pounds for more than 2000 miles from London Airport. Be cautious. They may charge adult price for your child aged 12 to 16. And issused child ticket.

Good prices indeed, but not such a good customer service. App did not found my reservation, had to enter the data manually. It is easy to use. I booked 2 rooms in a hotel in Varadero, Cuba; one double room and another double plus one kid; next day I tried to add a kid to the double room occupied by 2 adults, and they said that my reservation was non-refundable (true) and non-changeable (false). I just followed what they stated in the confirmation email 'In case of any amendment please contact us'

After completion of my hotel booking they sent me a message indicating that the transaction was not processed. I called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was successfully approved. I called directly the hotel and my reservation is not reflected. The most terrible is that nobody in Travel up answer my emails and the phone numbers are always busy. Incredible!!! Please do not use this site
