About this app

VSquare ERP is the official site-operations platform for V Square Infra
teams. It brings every stage of construction site management -- from
filing daily progress reports to closing out procurement approvals --
into one mobile app so field engineers, project managers, QS teams,
store staff and contractors can keep work moving without waiting on
the office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

* Daily Progress Reports -- File complete DPRs from site with per-sheet
tabs for Pipeline, Manhole, Machine Hole, HSC, and Rectification.
Every row supports photo capture with GPS tagging.

* R&M Work Sheets -- Water Line, Chamber Work & Machine Hole, HSC Work,
and R&M NMR sub-sheets under one R&M tab, each with its own header
and column set.

* NMR (Non-Measured Reports) -- Log daily labour and overtime by
contractor, with per-worker-type counts. Multi-tier reviewer chain
(Operational Manager -> Project Manager -> Quantity Surveyor ->
Billing) routes each report to the right approver automatically.

* Material Requests & Returns -- Raise, review and approve material
movement between site stores. Tier-aware routing to the correct
reviewer, with photo-backed dispatch and return records.

* Stock Management -- Dispatch stock across site locations, receive
incoming inventory, and reconcile balances per project. Full ledger
drilldown for every transaction.

* Procurement -- Approve or reject purchase requests, track received
quantities against POs, and validate delivery notes with attached
photos.

* QS Sheet Approvals -- Quantity Surveyors approve billing sheets from
the phone; inventory deducts automatically. Rework flows send
billing back for correction without losing the audit trail.

* Site Tracking -- Track project milestones, chamber checks, and
site-level inventory in one place.

* Push Notifications -- Get notified the moment an assignment lands,
an approval is waiting for you, or a stock threshold is crossed.

BUILT FOR HOW TEAMS ACTUALLY WORK

* Role-based access -- Admins, MDs, Project Managers, Quantity
Surveyors, Operational Managers, Site Supervisors, Store staff,
Billing Engineers and Planning Engineers each see the screens and
actions relevant to their role.

* Multi-project scoping -- Assignees see only their assigned projects;
privileged roles operate across all projects when needed.

* Offline-first -- Draft your DPR or material request without a
signal; the app syncs safely when connectivity returns. No lost
work when the site loses network.

* Photo capture -- Camera and existing-photo attachments carry
location metadata and land straight in the correct DPR or dispatch
record.

ACCESS

VSquare ERP is provisioned per employee and contractor. Accounts are
created by administrators -- there is no public sign-up. If you work
with a V Square Infra project and don't have login credentials yet,
contact your site administrator.

WHAT'S NEW IN 1.2

R&M NMR sub-sheet -- record daily labour, overtime, and per-worker-
type counts directly against R&M rectification, without leaving the
DPR. Timestamps and report date ranges pinned to Indian Standard
Time. Site engineers can type an Operational Manager name that isn't
on the assigned roster (e.g. a substitute reviewer).
