I never got a confirmation from the restaurant, I talk to an agent and they are of no help (not to mention I can't even see the msgs I sent- blank speech bubble) I go to the restaurant and they say they never got my order, and I end up getting my order by ordering again with missing items after 45mins. I reported it on the app and I don't even get contacted or my money back (of missing items and service fee). Bad experience

Won't update the status of restaurants, gives me a hard time when i want to enter the OTP and last time i chose a buy one get one free deal i only received one and after explaining it to support they said "your order is already received", good idea but terrible execution
