The app doesn't even start. Edit: for a while the app started, like recommended, I updated the application now everytime I start the application, it remains on the "downloading update' pop up and never finishes even though I updated the application to the latest version directly from the store. This is bad programming for the app.

Hi Mohammed, Can you please try to hard close the app and reopen it? You might experience this if you just did update the app to the latest version

Uninstalled the app, I'll never use it again. Laggy , customer service is bad , they removed the feature to chat with the cafe or restaurant if the order is late or for better direction. They charge 200fils and I end up going to the restaurant to take my order.

I never got a confirmation from the restaurant, I talk to an agent and they are of no help (not to mention I can't even see the msgs I sent- blank speech bubble) I go to the restaurant and they say they never got my order, and I end up getting my order by ordering again with missing items after 45mins. I reported it on the app and I don't even get contacted or my money back (of missing items and service fee). Bad experience
