vREM is intended to provide CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in patients. The continuous delivery of air ensures that the user feels comfortable during sleep. A heated humidifier can also be integrated with the device, whcadds moisture to the delivered air.

The device includes an Android application to transfer and view therapy data via Bluetooth.
