This app was created for tenants at Acram's Spectrum Center location. The app grants tenants and their guests seamless access inside the building, as well as parking access for vehicles. Tenants can utilize the app as a convenient way to navigate the property's amenity spaces; by booking conference rooms, accessing the fitness center, and reserving the pickleball courts. The app also provides tenants the ability to place food & beverage orders at Spectrum's cafes. Lastly, building management uses the app to rapidly communicate any relevant news to tenants, including planned events and happenings around Spectrum
