At any particular stoppage alert one cannot set direction to reach that particular destination which is a basic thing is not available. Second, one cannot add in Geo fence point of location from an App directly it requires laptop only. How can a transporters carry laptop all the time ? Third latlong of any particular stoppage is not visible when clicked on that stoppage icon. Not a useful Application. There are better app available in market like Trimble with fantastic features which I am using.

It was a good app, till now i preferred this app over other app...... As it used to show some usefull details like 1. No of stops in the route with numbering 1, 2 ,3 ...so on ...as many time the vehicle have stopped in route 2. Distance between two stops 3. Time spent at each stop Above information was very helpful for vehicle owner to review and monitor the driver activities throughout the vehicle run time In last update all above information not available, now other app better than this....

Please note the following critical issues: - Notification/Alert functionality is not working in both the Android application and the web portal. - Voice notification alerts are also not functioning. - The web portal is logging out automatically or timing out within 1–2 hours, causing continuous tracking to fail. ese issues are making the platform look outdated and unreliable. Users are highly dissatisfied, and the service team is not providing any effective support. Please resolve this.
