They are liars. I have service with them and chose to upgrade my service to 200mbps. so I called them and they told me to unplug my router and plug it back in and then I'd be upgraded. so after doing so I used the app to do the speed check and wow it was about 180mbps. but the service never got better. long story short... download an independent speed checker. try two different ones if you may. both of the independent speed checkers put me about 30mbps, while theirs still said 180mbps. Liars.

It is not letting me edit profiles and their time limits. Keeps saying app is unable to connect at this time after I finish edit. UPDATE, Still not WORKING.

was a good app and company i paid for service and it suck after paid for internet alot excuess on why i did not get a good internet and after that payment they lock my app for moderm.
