best internet you can have! I have been with the them for about a year, and not once have I had to report an outage or have I had any trouble with this company, THANK YOU VTX1 FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE YOU PROVIDE ME. 💯

They are liars. I have service with them and chose to upgrade my service to 200mbps. so I called them and they told me to unplug my router and plug it back in and then I'd be upgraded. so after doing so I used the app to do the speed check and wow it was about 180mbps. but the service never got better. long story short... download an independent speed checker. try two different ones if you may. both of the independent speed checkers put me about 30mbps, while theirs still said 180mbps. Liars.
