With the app, anytime you receive an inbound call to your vPhone number, you'll be able to quickly and easily pull detailed contact information about the caller before accepting the call, giving you the context you need for a successful conversation.

There is an annoying glitch. Someone returned my call 3 months ago. And the Vulcan app keeps saying I'm in an active session with them. I can't see who are the other profiles when they call me. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it stays there. Super annoying

Honestly, it has lame functionality as it's a dumbed down overview versus actually being a companion app for Vulcan7. Can't dial out, can't go from one contact to another in the same folder.. underwhelming. Expected more from Vulcan7.

The app is trash. Basically useless...nothing works.
