I wanted to give zero. I use this app almost every day, and almost every time i take a day off im double charged by these fools. These use a pending charge that in this case takes money from your account the moment youre first charged , and then takes money from your account again a couple hours after the 24hr pass ends. Idk whats going on but this is a headsup for anybody looking to use this srrvice.

The service is okay. I will add the other two stars when joco starts having more bike availability and more concierge stations, and be willing to compensate as possible when the customer is not satisfied due to bikes consistently not functioning correctly that frustrates the customer!

Why can't I find pricing for regular use ? Everything is geared towards delivery service and I'm not able to add my card information. I signed up last year and it seems the app and online info is almost non-existent for those who just need a bike to get from A to B.
