Be aware that Joco is extremely exploitative, borderline illegal, and incredibly dangerous. Bikes commonly have serious mechanical issues that have led to accidents. Customer service will lie to you in order to put all liability on the customer. They were forced to adjust business models because of government legislation and because of that they've chosen to cut all corners. Only good is that the inevitable class action lawsuit against this company may get you some retribution

they should fire all customer service representatives they hang out on you when you ask for clarification, they barely help you when you have a problem which don't belong to you ( connectivity issues on the dock, or from the app) they want me to go back to a station and take a picture while my bike was charging but didn't disconnect from the app. they can do it but they give you problem like if it was my fault. pass still charging and lies from a previous representative that was gonna be fixed

I wanted to give zero. I use this app almost every day, and almost every time i take a day off im double charged by these fools. These use a pending charge that in this case takes money from your account the moment youre first charged , and then takes money from your account again a couple hours after the 24hr pass ends. Idk whats going on but this is a headsup for anybody looking to use this srrvice.
