I wanted to give zero. I use this app almost every day, and almost every time i take a day off im double charged by these fools. These use a pending charge that in this case takes money from your account the moment youre first charged , and then takes money from your account again a couple hours after the 24hr pass ends. Idk whats going on but this is a headsup for anybody looking to use this srrvice.

I used to loved this service but now is getting out of control. I'm paying money for horrible customer service ( I understand they have policies but they don't understand deliveries driver perspective, I pay money for barely a chance to get a bike after 10.30 am) not all of us have shitfs in the morning. Most of the bike you see them parking on the road taken by people who are not working ( which I don't complain because they paid joco) most of the bikes are charge empty or half battery.

The service is okay. I will add the other two stars when joco starts having more bike availability and more concierge stations, and be willing to compensate as possible when the customer is not satisfied due to bikes consistently not functioning correctly that frustrates the customer!
