the bikes themselves are fine. they have a max speed of 22 mph with no throttle just pedal assist. the issue is that, at least here in Chicago, there are very frequently no bikes available to rent. and if they do have bikes they all have under 50% battery. or they're broken. there are also lots of people renting bikes that are using them for personal use instead of delivery.

They gave me credits for mishaps during rides. Fast and effective. It's easy to use and great if you need a E Bike to deliver. I make double from riding a regular bike. Thanks Joco!
