**UPDATE: App works with VPN disabled** The Android app is in a sad state. A month ago, it would crash when uploading a photo during registration. I ended up completing on an iOS device and with the help of customer service (who was very friendly!). Now, I can't even get past the first screen of the app. It's stuck on "Trying to Connect" even though I definitely have Internet connection. I'm just crossing my fingers that the app will be functioning by the time we pick up our van next month.

This is a new app that has been well built & shows a lot of effort has been put into it. I like the way it gives you ideas on where to park & basically camp in the van you rent from them. These locations could use a few more pictures & maybe a link to Google Maps or whatever app you use to navigate on your phone. I have not created an account or booked a rental yet but I definitely will next time I'm in Seattle! This is a great new way to rent an RV as long as you're okay renting a small RV.

No internet connection? App keeps telling me I need an internet connection despite having an internet connection. Can't even get it to open. 0 out of 5 stars. Will update review if they ever get it working.
