The app & service is a scam. I have not been able to login to watch the service for several months. I've filled out several support tickets and made phone calls to support (you have to leave a voice mail), and never get any response. As far as I can tell there is nobody there. They just bill your credit card and provide nothing in return. You're better off lighting a $20 bill on fire every month and watching it burn; you'll get more entertainment out of that than subscribing to this rip-off.

Great idea, but am sick of the interrupted streaming and repeating of bits and pieces. I have the fastest internet connection available, so that isn't the problem. It seems to happen most during conservative news shows whenever an important point is being made. Either that, or the frame freezes and then goes to error. If I don't see a big improvement in technical quality soon, I will need to cancel the service out of frustration.

Many channels don't load yet advertised as being offered. All you get is error codes for some. Submitted tickets & still waiting for responses. Lately, app only works on mobile device not connected through wifi. Not sure what's going on. Turned on mobile wifi, same issue as TV, error codes. Turn off mobile wifi, channels work but not all. Very frustrating.
