Great idea, but am sick of the interrupted streaming and repeating of bits and pieces. I have the fastest internet connection available, so that isn't the problem. It seems to happen most during conservative news shows whenever an important point is being made. Either that, or the frame freezes and then goes to error. If I don't see a big improvement in technical quality soon, I will need to cancel the service out of frustration.

Android 11 OP6T (only tested with 4G capable of +20MB/S) T-Mobile. We really need an alternative to DirecTV! Unfortunately, This app is unusable. Peak bandwidth will not exceed 400 KB/S causing the channel to pause and buffer every 10 seconds. Some channels are not playing what the guide says is scheduled, but even if it was.. it's unwatchable due to the capped data. There are no available Quality/Speed settings in the app to tweak. I will be a lifetime customer if these issues are addressed.

App Constantly freezes customer service is terrible. Can't get anyone on the phone and they won't answer emails either. We live on the east coast time zone is set for Midwest on there app. Can't get anyone to tell us why and there is no way to change it. That's probably why it freezes and does a play back era.
