Honest Feedback! I had a very poor first-time experience with this app. My recharge failed due to an incorrect option provided in the list in this app, and instead of refunding the amount back to my account, it was credited into the app wallet without my consent.When I requested a direct refund, the support team denied it. This is not the level of transparency or customer service I expect. I strongly advise others not to use Maxpe for recharge to save 1 or 2 bucks. Uninstalled the app.

Why have you made this Max Pay like this, it will not run like this for long, you can just deposit money in it, if you don't want to use it then you cannot withdraw money from Max Pay wallet, sometimes it feels like if this app gets closed then the money that I have deposited will also disappear, atleast withdrawal from wallet should also be allowed, if this situation continues then the number of users will decrease

My friend told me about the Max Pay app, then I downloaded it. It gives good cashback on recharges, bill payments, and the service is also good. It's a real income source for small and big shopkeepers. I have been using the Max Pay app for the last 6 months and I have had a good experience being associated with Pay.
