Instructions: Select one of the effects in the selection menu and look at the center for 30 seconds. Try not to take your eyes off. After 30 seconds, translate the look to any subject. Use the "Timer" button to turn on / off the automatic shutdown effect. Take short breaks to rest your eyes.

I don't like what it does to my eyes. It feels like I get permanent damage to me or it lasts for a week. Do not use this app as its annoying and very unsettling

Awesome!, Hurts your eyes but you can somehow blink but not see it... But otherwise it's truly amazing!

Too many ads. No option to buy non-ad version.
