Paper-based records belong to the past: The vyble® My ProFile app provides a mobile interface to the vyble® HR Platform, enabling companies to digitize their human resource management and the entire payroll process. Using the app, employees are able to conveniently access their digital personnel file on the go. So, they always have their data, payslips and contracts quickly at hand and can review and sign them from anywhere – HR management has never been easier and more efficient.

The vyble® My ProFile app offers you quick and mobile access to key features of the vyble® HR Platform. Thanks to the app, employees can view their personnel data at any time and from anywhere – without having to search through stacks of paper or log in to their PC. The app is extremely easy to use and clearly displays all information in one place: Your personal data and job details, your current remuneration and much more.

** Payslips and important documents always at hand **
Do you want to quickly check if your current payslip is already available or see what the new supplementary agreement actually says? No problem: Via the vyble® My ProFile app, you can now access all important documents digitally. The different document types are clearly mapped in a folder structure. This makes it easy to keep track of your payslips, contracts and important documents – and you can review them at any time and anywhere, e. g. from home or on your next business trip.

** Sign contracts and documents – directly in the app **
From now on, you can save valuable time and avoid walks to the HR department. The vyble® My ProFile app includes the convenient "sign document" feature – which makes it obsolete to use any additional signing apps. This feature allows you to sign documents legally and securely at any time, on-site or on the go. All your documents are clearly displayed in a list. Icons automatically show the status of each of them: to be signed, signed, signed by all. You can read the respective document conveniently and sign it immediately. Your employer is able to set up the signature box beforehand so that the app shows you exactly at which position in the document your signature is required. All data are transferred via servers in Germany, encrypted and GDPR compliant – making your HR data even more secure than on paper.

vyble® My ProFile is an all-in-one employee app offering quick access to key features of the vyble® HR Platform. Via the app’s drop-down menu, you are able to access your absences and shiftplans at any time, helping you organize your working hours and assignments optimally. The corresponding data opens in your browser instantly, without the need for a second login, and can be viewed and managed in just a few clicks.
