*thanks for the update. this app need to be simplified. the layout and sidebar is horrible lots of unnecessary items and difficult to find information. example - I get notifications of speeding yet it doesn't show where, simply opens the home screen. then you have to search for it. if your lucky enough to get the warnings you have to go to driver tab. from there it simply states speeding, no yet doesn't show the speed. Low fuel notification - nowhere in app can I find the fuel level.

App will not stay open long enough to load account or vehicle data. However, every 5 seconds I get an annoying pop-up asking me to rate the app when I'm trying to load data. So, here's your one-star rating that was more important than your customer trying to use the app. Update: Even after rating this app, I still get pop-up requests to rate the app again. I'm 30 minutes into spending nearly $200 for the device and subscription and I feel like I've been scammed.

The GPS is pretty handy. Although it was shutting off and on or "lost power" randomly. Unfortunately, I don't have any services with them anymore cause I can't get ahold of anyone. The tech services suck so bad, and doing the "ticket" system to let them know to give you a call back is pointless cause it's been almost 7 months with no response. My advice is to use a different gps service that tracks in real time.
