I've had these devices for about 2 years. Support has not always been the best and take days to get a response. If you call the number it'll just hang up on you making them basicallyonly reachable online. If you try to send an email/chat, an error message pops up so there is ZERO way to reach them. I just renewed services 2 months ago and have not been able to track any vehicle for the last 6 days.

*thanks for the update. this app need to be simplified. the layout and sidebar is horrible lots of unnecessary items and difficult to find information. example - I get notifications of speeding yet it doesn't show where, simply opens the home screen. then you have to search for it. if your lucky enough to get the warnings you have to go to driver tab. from there it simply states speeding, no yet doesn't show the speed. Low fuel notification - nowhere in app can I find the fuel level.

I no longer can get the app to work. All it does is buffer. I also can't login on the internet. this app worked great at one time but no longer works. After my review I was contacted and told that they are making upgrades. the app still does not work, when calling customer support it hangs up, and when you email them they do not respond. I no longer can even get on the website, as it seems to be taken down. I bought this devise to track my elderly parents. This is useless with no support.
