I really liked the idea of this, borrowed a coffee cup and container with my usual coffee place. Returned it on time, early in fact. Scanned both the lid and container and returned on the 9th of March, they decided to take £4 from me for not returning anyway. Their system is obviously faulty, will not be using again. I have opened a ticket, I want my £4 back.

I'm using it for the first time and this will be my the last!! I went to 2 stores yesterday to return the food container but they both refused to accept it. even though the app showed green. and today I have to leave early for vacation, I guess they will charge me for it! the mission is good but the execution is annoying

Absolutely genius idea. I study in a uni Germany and they use Vytal boxes here. Very convenient for leftovers or even full meals. I will take two- three boxes of food for the weekend and then easily return them to the uni. I wish more places had this system.
