I really liked the idea of this, borrowed a coffee cup and container with my usual coffee place. Returned it on time, early in fact. Scanned both the lid and container and returned on the 9th of March, they decided to take £4 from me for not returning anyway. Their system is obviously faulty, will not be using again. I have opened a ticket, I want my £4 back.

Good idea, terrible execution. It's such a hassle to create another account and scan everything, but returning is even worse. I drove to three "available" locations just to be told they didn't know how to log in or had a broken terminal, this caused more pollution than if it had just been put in a cardboard box and recycled. Now I still have the boxes and have to figure out where I can return them, the nearest point is another 100km drive.

NOT FOR COFFEE AFICIONADOS!!! Whatever plastic is used for the coffee cups changes the flavour profile of the coffee and makes it taste worse! Pay the extra money to get a paper cup if you care about how your coffee tastes.
