AToZ Courier application has been split into 3 main areas
Customer Interface - is designed for customers to view their history, complaints, track parcels, add new transaction
Agent Interface - is designed for the Agents to maintain their courier records for all their customers, It has a similar functionalites as Customers and also few more features to acess more reports.
Admin Interface -is designed for Head office agent to manage Agent's parcels, various dashboards showing different data view, pickup/receieve parcels information, manifest create etc and also for Distributors which allows them to send/receive parcel for real time tracking.
