I signed up for a membership but apparently this mobile app is separate from your membership account. You have to create a separate account for this mobile app and this is just used to push deals and store info but does not link to your actual membership info. So doesn't seem useful or needed. Maybe they will update in future and link to account, show historical info of car washes, when you washed, what date/time, etc but for now doesn't seem useful.

Says invalid login even when using exact same login I use on the PC. Also, website will not let me cancel a membership. My wife and I accidentally signed up for two separate memberships and are trying to merge to one but I can't cancel anywhere on the website.

the app is garbage. You can't access online without it telling you to download app and the app doesn't work.
