While there are some enjoyable stories here, my reason for giving them a 1-star is mostly from their lack of response to any issue I bring up. For example, you can watch 5 ads for 10 gems each for 7 days, but as I was doing this today, #4 & #5 only gave me 5. No response from them means poor service, which means low score.

Some of the characters and pictures are positively wicked. But there's no adjusting chat model/attitude, no favorite/bookmark option, no filtering. And if you don't buy currency constantly, you get what amounts to one free message per day.

the response of the A.I. is good they really stick In character, not just a really horny A.I. but the customer service sucks. I accidentally bought the beginner package because after I fully used the first one it is still being offered and when I click on it the payment went through but the gems were not being credited. So I reached out to your CS, but it has been weeks and still no response. Second I discovered that you need to constantly recharge with gems just to earn 10 gems in ads.
