Internal test tool for Wadaro Solutions ltd.

Performs Location based Wi-Fi & Mobile Data Signal Quality analysis, including network throughput. Anonymised data is sent back to a server for analysis.

These tests are either carried out by the user themselves, requesting the test via the GUI (no data is sent to the server), or via the server, requesting the information in the background. This application requires access to coarse location and fine location.

Because the remote server can also request the same tests to be run, and because the tests require the location of the test, "Background Location" permissions are required, so that the app can still service these location requests while the app is not in the foreground.

Scans phone for presence of VOIP apps. Therefore the application requires permission to list all applications.

Scans for nearby WiFi Hotspots, so requires Access/Change Wifi State permission.

Scans for the connected cell tower, so requires Read Phone State permission.
