About this app

WAEI Support is the official service app from WAEI Enterprise. Book a new
installation or raise a service request for CCTV, access control and AMC, then follow it through to completion — without a single
phone call or follow-up email.

New here? You don't need to be an existing WAEI customer. Create an account, tell
us what you need installed or fixed, and our team will take it from there.

RAISE A REQUEST IN SECONDS
Pick your system, then the exact job. No forms to guess your way through.

• CCTV & surveillance — Analog, IP/Network, Wireless and Solar cameras
• Access & automation — Biometric attendance, door access & locks, video door
phones, and access control software or servers
• AMC & maintenance — New registrations, renewals, preventive visits, breakdown
claims and coverage queries

Every category covers both new work and existing systems: new installation,
adding a camera or door reader, camera offline, DVR playback, can't view
remotely, door won't lock, device not scanning, footage retrieval, password
recovery and more. Choose one and the request is already half written.

WAEI Enterprise specialises in comprehensive CCTV installation and modern access

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
WAEI Support requires an account. Sign up with your email address and verify it
with a one-time code sent to your inbox. Your requests, addresses and activity
history are tied to that account.

PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR, AND WHY
• Camera and photos — attach pictures of the site or issue to a request
• Location — centre the map on your position when adding a service address
• Notifications — tell you when a request is updated or an engineer is assigned

Each permission is requested only when you use the feature it belongs to, and
the app works without them if you'd rather enter details by hand.
