Become a Works Council Hero—the superhero of the Works Council!
Master labor law and works constitution law in a playful way—with Works Council Heroes, professional development becomes truly fun. Solve cases, make the right decisions, and transform your avatar step by step into a real superhero!
🦸 YOUR HERO'S JOURNEY STARTS NOW
You begin as an ordinary works council member. The more cases you solve, the more your outfit changes—until you're finally flying through the city in a superhero suit.

Discover two elaborately designed 3D cities:
▸ Protectors of Labor Law (Seminar Topic BR128)
A vibrant metropolis with cases on dismissal protection, vacation rights, working hours, and more.
▸ Heroes of Works Constitution Law (Seminar Topic BR163)
A picturesque city on the river—co-determination, works agreements, and the Works Constitution Act await you.
🔍 HOW IT WORKS
Each case—three steps:
1. Gather information—on your computer, in the seminar folder, in the legal text
2. Answer the questions—choose the correct answer
3. Move on—the barrier opens, the next case begins
Tricky question? Use your joker!

Hero Training—Learn at your own pace; mistakes are allowed.
Hero Challenge—Same cases, but this time every mistake counts. If you stay below the error limit, the trophy awaits you!
