This app needs an update. Attempting to make a pet profile and the information won't save, which keeps me at this moment from using services I would assume. Great hotel but app needs work as does their automated answering service for front desk

If I don't use the app for a while , as soon as I try to go back in, the app will not show the the full email and password boxes so I have to uninstall the app to sign in

Ever since I downloaded the app I haven't been able to make any reservations. I also can't see my pups when they're in their private room. The app kept asking me to verify some documents when I had done so already.
