Really poorly made app. Just crashes when you select reservations and doesn't seem to connect to your account correctly - it's still asking me to put in information even though I have set up reservations in the past. I don't think anyone tested this app on an updated Android device.

Poorly made app. Always logs me out and I am unable to log in as it keeps saying "invalid email" even though the account is active and have changed the password. The old app should be being kept. Whoever made this should have had it tested first before forcing everyone to download this app

This app needs to be better tested before it forced it on people. We had services with wag hotel for 6 years and forcing this app has made it a frustrating experence. It is demanding spade and neuter status to book a reservation. But it does not allow users to update that status as it is grayed out. It requires to update statuses to book but the statuses required are not able to be updated due to bad app functionality Untested apps like this force customers to consider alternatives.
